How do I book a cleaning?
If you’re online, simply select the service you want and click the Book Online button to schedule an appointment in real-time based on our actual availability, and receive a confirmation. It only takes 60 seconds. Use your smartphone, computer, or tablet. Or call us!
Do I need to be at the location when you arrive for the cleaning?
After the initial walk through and signing of the proposal, it is now up to us to uphold the prestige of your facility! We’ll also receive keys, cards, and/or alarm codes. Let us know when you book online or when you call-in your request. Whatever works for you will work for us! Just let us know what method you’re most comfortable with.
Do I need to supply the vacuum or cleaning products?
We come equipped with everything we need to make your property sparkle.
But if you’d prefer that we use your cleaning products, just let us know when you book online or by phone.

What is your cancellation policy?
24 Hours to Appointment
If canceled with 24 hours to appointment, it is a full charge. Nonrefundable.
Please understand your booking takes away from another customer who could have booked, so if cancelled same day its treated as a booking.
48 Hours or Sooner
If cancelled with 48 hours or sooner, it is eligible for credit. This means it’s a cleaning credit applied to your account that can be used whenever you please.
Before your 48 Hour window
If you decide to cancel before the 48-hour window, you are eligible for an immediate full refund
Can I set up repeat visits?
Yes, we don’t believe in locking our clients into year long contracts. So you’ll be billed month to month by agreement. We want you as our client and now partner to know that we trust you and your business just as much as you trust us and our services.
